These terms cover the public Audience Manager website. Use of the staff platform at crm.abcleadsrouter.com is governed by your organization’s agreement and user access rules.

The public site

This site describes Audience Manager, a lead routing, reporting, and audience activation platform. No purchase is completed on this page.

Acceptable use

Do not submit PHI, malware, or unlawful content through the contact form, email, or assistant. Do not attempt to access the staff platform without authorization.

Accounts

CRM Login is for authorized operators only. Your organization decides who receives an account and is responsible for their use of PHI inside the platform.

HIPAA

The public website is not intended for treatment, payment, or health-care operations. PHI must stay in the staff platform. Organizational HIPAA duties (BAAs, training, policies) sit with the customer, not with this marketing page.

Intellectual property

Audience Manager, its marks, and the orchestration model described on this site belong to their owners. You may not copy the product, diagrams, or branding without permission.
